Since this is being hosted by the Region 15 Education Service Center, this workshop is FREE for teachers from participating schools in that region.  For teachers from other ESC Regions, the registration fee is $50. Lunch is not included.  The $150 (+$10 S&H) catalog price for the English Verb Wall will be discounted to $75 (+$10 S&H) for participants.  You may mail, fax, e-mail or bring a PO made out to Color Connection (see catalog) and the EVW and/or other materials can be delivered on-site.  Cash or check will also be accepted on-site.

 

There is no obligation to purchase any materials.  You may feel free to take the ideas, modify them to your own needs, and make your own materials, as I did while I was teaching.

For those who do choose to pre-purchase the materials, I will stay extra time--if the ESC can allow us the space--in order to help you sort and organize the materials.  This is a somewhat overwhelming job to do alone.   If you cannot stay, we will work it out for me to telephone you and help you sort.

 

The description given by the ESC website makes it seem that this is totally focused on grammar, but it is a visualization of the pronoun-verb structure,  and making the explanations kinder and gentler.  You have to see it to believe it.
